| Shipping & Delivery Information Orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped Fed Ex or UPS. Sales Tax Only items shipped within the states of New York, Massachusetts, and Florida will have sales tax added to the order total. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states. Return Policy No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders. For all other orders we accept returns within 10 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Returns must be in new condition. IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed. Note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company. |
